In most respects the new iPhones will be great but the 1134 x 750 rumoured resolution for the 4.7" model worries me a lot as it's extremely low for that size. Even the HTC One M7 a year ago had a fHD screen at 4.7". And it's not like it doesn't matter. I can see a difference from iPhone to the G2 in resolution quite visibly. But anyway, need to wait and see.

I am an Android Fanboy but interested in what Apple is going to release. If they crack the smart watch I would be interested but I will not be able to change to iphone to use it. Moto360 battery life is a let down.

http://www.redmondpie.com/full-iphone-6-specs-allegedly-leaked-ahead-of-announcement/

First and foremost, the iPhone 6 is going to be water-resistant. The front panel of the device is going to be ‘shatter-proof’. Though this notion sounds somewhat off the track, considering sapphire glass is indeed destructible, it’s something which we did not expect till this very day. And the leaked spec sheet does reveal that both the devices will come with sapphire glass, and won’t be limited to specific models.

While previous reports have offered a glimpse of what the display resolution of the new iPhones might be, but today’s leak confirms that we’ll be seeing a 960×1704 pixels panel, offering a pixel density of around 416 pixels per inch.

The 4.7-inch model will have a 1,810mAh battery, which is a somewhat modest upgrade over the 5s, while there’s no word on the 5.5-inch model, but today’s leak reaffirmed the fact that the device will come with a massive 2,915mAh battery.

The 5.5-inch model will come with 2GB of on-board RAM, which is a gigabyte more over the 4.7-inch model.

Both devices, as you’d expect, will come with Apple’s new dual-core A8 processor, and is said to be clocked at 2GHz.

The leaked specs also reveals that at least one iPhone will be offered with 128GB of on-board storage, while the 16, 32 and 64 options will still be in place for those who don’t want to crash their bank account.

If this is it, i'm hugely disappointed in the battery, 1,810mAh, i mean come on, why is it so difficult for Apple to supply a decent battery.
Also only 1Gb ram on the 4.7" edition, -__-

Agreed! Underwhelming!

1 gb on IOS > 1gb on android so don't see it as an issue

Agreed! You get a lot of mileage off far less ram but still, why then would the 5.5 need/get 2gb?.....

The real reason I wouldn't mind more ram is for all the extras one adds to a jailbroken iDevice...

Yea, and already owning a Iphone5, i just don't know it it justifies a +-R12k upgrade for something which is quite similar to what i already have.
I hope that sheet is not accurate.

Someone mentioned, its basically a Iphone 5.1C :p

What's with their weird resolutions?

It's Apple, they always have had weird screen resolutions. It will probably be the effect of scaling exact icon/asset sizes 1x or 2x and not needing to add new resolution requirements for designers. They did the same with the 3.5 - 4" and now it looks like they're just adding another horizontal row of icons with 4 - 4.7". It makes sense, but the fact that you end up with such a low PPI by today's standards is quite disappointing to me. You can definitely tell.
