iPhone 7 Plus will have two rear cameras: report

But you and FiestaST care, as you are exceptionally vocal to defending anything Apple. So what if someone differs from your opinion?

I am well within my rights responding to and correcting the attackers with facts.

Since you care, rather focus your efforts on those casting the first stone.

For me all the "cool" Android guys...you know the people who think they were the **** in school; think it's about raw specs...far from it.

It's about usability & implementation.

Case in point of Huawei's Force Touch (relative garbage)

VS

Apple's 3D Touch (amazingly useful once you use/adapt to it)

How about the usability and implementation of something as basic as notifications, email and allowing 3rd party keyboards to actually work?

I am actually. Look at post 4 in this thread - http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...ras-report?p=16993809&viewfull=1#post16993809

"It goes beyond innovation. It's about the implementation of innovation in the best way possible. Sadly, something that non iDevice users will ever understand. Your reaction is typical and expected."

That's a fanboy right there making very big claims.

Lol. How deluded are you? I've had a Galaxy S2, S3, S4, S5, Note, Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Moto G running a variation of stock, custom ROMs, custom launchers and custom kernels.

It was fun for a year or two loading the latest CM nightly or tweaking Franco's latest release, but now I simply can't be bothered tweaking kernels, uninstalling apps and constantly checking stats to find out why my battery is draining 15% over night.

I now have an iPhone 6s and enjoy using that instead. The lightweight and smooth OS married to the hardware makes it a bit of a pleasure after years of trying to fit 2 pounds of sugar into a 1 pound bag.

Each to their own I guess, but thinking you are some kind of cell phone superstar because you can be bothered making your OS run nicer and with less bloat than it shipped is actually pretty pathetic.

lol, i had to stir a bit.

and intel/nvidia is better, amd sucks

I stand by that comment 100%.

Well within my rights. Factual. Not attacking anyone.

2 cameras didn't work out too well for HTC for a lot of reasons but it doesn't mean it was essentially a bad idea, it was just not followed up with solid optics so it became a gimmick; just like Huawei's version of Force Touch which is a joke compared to the 6s. If you are going to add a new feature, you need to follow it through right to the end, and only Apple seem to get that point.

However, on the article - I seriously doubt Apple would ever release 2 camera versions of the same model of iPhone. That's some unfocused crap that Samsung would end up pulling because they don't know which one customers would really want to buy so they end up spamming the market with every conceivable variant of the same phone.

Pretty poorly. If you want push notifications google forces you to use their gmail app or pay to add Exchange support to your account. :o

There's a relatively simple work around for that for non jailbroken devices and if you jailbroken, push for gmail works beautifully.

And that would be? :o

Why should they need to in an apple thread though? And that's the point. Haters will be trolling and spamming an Apple thread. FiestaST and PP just bringing balance to the argument. The net result though, is instead of discussing the merits of the 2 camera system, we end up exchanging insults.

1. Setup iCloud email account
2. Setup Gmail account. Turn mail off.
3. Turn iCloud SMTP server off> Settings> Mail, Contacts, Calendars> [email protected]> Account> Mail> Outgoing Mail Server>Primary Server iCloud SMTP server> Server (toggle to off) and done... then on the same screen...
4. Other Smtp Server> Add Server> Host name enter gmail host name which is smtp.gmail.com> User name: Is your full gmail address > Password (is your gmail password).
5. Open web browser and log into your gmail account and change your forwarding settings.....
settings >fowarding and pop/imap> forward a copy of incoming mail to [email protected]

Thanks. I'll give it a shot.

Use whatever you prefer. You using an iPhone and shouting about how smooth the experience is doesn't affect my life, nor does you using an Android device and shouting about how much freedom you're allowed. I. Don't. Fekking. Care. Use whatever works for you.

im pretty sure the 2 cameras are for 3d photos..

What makes you pretty sure of that? I think it's more likely that they'd use it to improve their optics and provide some depth of field effects, which was the same basic idea behind HTC's dual cameras.
