iphone unlock help

Hi Guys

i have a Sprint version of an iphone 4s running on ios7. this was given to me by a friend. however, it seems that ios7 is causing me real issues in trying to get this phone unlocked to be able to use it on our networks. does anybody have any advice on how i can get this phone unlocked, as ive gone the route of contacting Sprint, but like i said ios7 seems to be causing issues.

I think iOS7 has an anti-theft feature available. Perhaps your friend activated that and you'll need to get the login details from him.
