So he was selling DSTV login credentials, and streaming boxes, presumably with DSTV app, and login details already setup. But it appears he was not streaming or re-streaming any content.

More likely selling those random 3rd party stream aggregators accounts than DSTV accounts. Basically piracy resellers who get a fixed fee a month and they have a portal where they mange "their client base". Can't recall the one that was shutdown a few years ago, same thing.

He was probably selling Android Boxes with a proprietary/personalized iptv app on, and then selling the IPTV streaming part with a Xtream codes login monthly.

Then why be so very spevigic, about it being DSTV login credentials?

If he was an IPTV reseller, they would not have called it DSTV.
