IS Express Uncapped accounts

The Uncapped Service is great.

BUT There is a problem on the telkom side. So during the day speeds are ****.

I am getting up to 800ms, I.E Slow speed and Web Page Timeouts.

All ISP Sell the same account from IS. It just depends who you thing would be better in selling it to you.

Also think about the following.

I can confirm this - have Openweb's 1024 uncapped package - shaping during office hours but full speed after hours - download avg of 120GB per month without any weekly thresholds
