Hi people,
I have 2 ADSL Accounts:
Part of the TelkomInternet, we signed a contract with telkom for that Do broadband level 1, it comes with an ADSL Line + Adsl Modem. It came with the Billion 400G Modem.
Now, when I try to use my Incredible Connect ADSL account ([email protected]), it says "Incorrect username or Password" and glows a Red LED Light by the modem. When I use the Telkom ADSL Account ([email protected]), the internet works (Im currently on local usage on this account).
Why doesn't my Incredible Connect ADSL Account work?? Is it the modem's fault or did the ISP Shutdown/terminate my account??

- 1 from Incredible Connect (5GB Per month cap)
