Is pineapple acceptable on pizza?
 
This has been debated ad-nauseum over the eons.
It has already been concluded, by vast majority that Pineapple is NOT acceptable on a Pizza.
 
I pick it off the pizza and eat it plain. I never order pineapple on my pizzas
 
Pizza shed in Observatory makes some of the best neapolitan pizza you get in CPT, their pizza with pineapple (can't remember other toppings now) is absolutely delicious

It is used sparingly and chopped finely, but it's really good
 
Its like a medium rare steak. Some tv or Youtube chefs said its the best way to eat your steak, now all the sheep agrees.
Pineapple works great on some pizzas unlike what some Youtube or tv chef went on about to get more views.
 
Why is this even a thing. You can put whatever you want on a pizza and it will still be good.

It's like those wine 'connoisseurs' telling you what wines match with food or that you have to have red/white wine with certain meals.

It's all BS. It's what tastes good for you.

The poll (and the general popularity of Hawaiian pizzas) begs to differ.

I've never understood why people get their panties in a twist about it. Pineapple doesn't have to be your favourite ingredient. But unless you're the offspring of Severus Snape and a Dementor, you should possess the capacity to enjoy the refreshing contrast of pineapple on the occasional pizza.
