IS says that problems on their ADSL network have been resolved

That seems to be the norm nowadays... nobody has the balls to take it on the chin anymore, they'll rather lie to the hand that feeds em.

The problems continue

Right now - Dowloads on Mweb = 68KB/sec (rubbish), but on IS precisely 0KB/sec.
There's still a problem, and IS has the biggest problem.
