ISP blocking sites??? Frustrated...

In October this year, I got the Telkom uncapped LTE package. From day 1 it ran smoothly. No issues. I also got Kodi which also worked 100% fine. As of wednesday 07/12 all of a sudden I am having issues opening certain websites. Some include OLX and believe it or not, Telkom as well. When I type in the address and hit enter, it shows "Establishing Secure Connection" in the bottom left corner...after about 10 seconds, I get a "Page Timed Out" screen. Also no titles on Kodi wants to play all of a sudden. I can access YouTube without any issues. Facebook opens, but the profile pics and photos are not showing. This is getting very frustrated...I tried everything. Yesterday I connected using a family member's 3G router (Vodacom) and everything worked 100%. Plugged in the B315 and same issues persists. This makes me think its the router or ISP rather than my laptop. PLEASE HELP. ANY INFO WOULD HELP>
 
Have you tried to reset your router to its factory defaults? :)
 
Maybe there is a fault with the tower you connect too. Did you report it to Telkom Internet?
 
I have been having the same problems in Bloemfontein, it goes from some sites not opening or some parts of the site not loading to nothing happening. This seems to be a national problem on Telkom LTE. The way I get my internet to work is to force my router to connect to 3G only and not 4G.

Lots of people having issues with Telkom mobile
 
How do I force a 3G connection? I inserted a vodacom sim in the router and all the websites opened 100%. Then I put back the Telkom sim, and issue persists. So its definitely an ISP issue. I have logged a call with Telkom but will receive feedback within 22 business hours, according to them. This is a big frustration111
