We need feedback from company reps and forum members. We currently have two support platforms – a dedicated forum (Afrihost support forum) and a forum thread (Like Cool Ideas).
  • Which one is better for support?
Your feedback and vote will be great.

move afrihost fibre support out of adsl section for a start.

If you are going to make a dedicated forum for who? Every single ISP out there or only a few or only those who have reps here?

See where I'm going with this. You en up with 10 or so sub forum and then the rest you just bundle under "Other" which won't be fair at all. One fibre thread for Fibre ISP related issues, support, complaints, reviews, questions and one forum for Cable providers.

Mods just need to manage the forums better for example Afrihost Pure Fibre feedback needs to be in the Fibre ISP forum. Frogfoot GPON FTTH Performance needs to be in the Fibre Cable providers forum. ADSL/VDSL can all be grouped into one forum there.
