ITNT Capped DSL Feedback

Anyone with https issues on the website? Chrome has it strikethrough. Firefox has it greyed out.

Check your computers date and time first to check that it is correct.

Yeah, it's correct. I just tried Takealot and Facebook, seems to work fine on their site, but not at cappedadsl.co.za (that is the correct site yes?)

Oh sorry, I thought you meant on all websites.

It's fine on my side though.

Wow these guys have extended that R1 a gig promotion till end of March 2015.

Anyone else have issues cancelling? It seems even though I cancelled I'm still getting billed for the past few months - only realised it now as well.

Update: Seems like they're sorting me out.

Dear ITNT Client

We want to inform you of recent changes to our capped account offering that will commence on the 1st of June 2016.

We are excited to announce that we will be moving onto 100% anytime Adsl accounts. Midnight traffic restrictions will no longer apply to all packages. This will allow for improved all round data use, as an example this means that 10GB of data is 10GB anytime use and no longer 5GB anytime + 5GB midnight data only.

In order to allow for this change there will be a slight adjustment to some of the base package prices but we are sure that you won’t be disappointed by the 100% data allocation for anytime use which will also lower the number of Top-ups required in a month.

Another plus is that we will also start allowing up to 5 concurrent connections. Capped accounts were originally limited to one connection.

Due to the change in available data packages existing 50GB users will now receive 60GB of anytime data and 30GB users will be moved to the 20GB package at the lower price.

We are sorry to say that the Promotional Top-up pools will no longer be available from 1st of June. Top-ups will be returning to the normal price until further notice.

All Promo ADSL Package solutions will cease from the 1st of June 2016.* For some customers on the older 25GB and 75GB packages; we will move your package to one of the new packages. Customers using 25GB will be migrated onto 20GB packages of anytime data and customers using 75GB accounts will be migrated onto the 60 GB anytime data packages.

To all our early adopters; we thank you for your ongoing support, unfortunately the promotion has come to the end and we will be discontinuing the original promotion of R1 for 1GB accounts. Customers will be migrated onto the reciprocal accounts at the newly aligned prices.*

Thanks again for your ongoing support and we look forward to offering you these new ADSL packages.

Kind regards,

ITNT Sales Team

I signed up for a 150gb account with these guys while i wait for telkom to activate my uncapped home premium account and somehow i managed to use a full 150gb in 4 days forcing me to top up another 20gb wich only lasted one day.

I find this very suspect because i was surviving on a 200gb capped account for a long time and hardly ever ran out of data in a full month.

Be careful i feel there is something dodgy going on with this ITNT, they not giving you the data you are paying for.
