We only shape in times of congestion.
Fat pipe, Bolt on, same network.
So when your network is congested, then both the bolt on and fat pipe accounts will get shaped the same?
Not true Cloud, when we see more requirement is needed on a specific IPC, we order it. We have warning systems in place to alert us as to when we are specific percentages from max load. These warnings are in place for us to cater for the bandwidth as needed.
Wouldn't the above mean that your network shouldn't really become congested and therefore there shouldn't be a need to shape? I can understand if it happens now and then as an order may take a bit longer than expected, or am I missing something?

Fatpipe + Bolt on? That shouldn't exist...
Such a pitty it doesn't exist anymore, otherwise I'd happily move over to just using Vox
