@lantic R59 uncapped 'bolt-on' feedback

Yours work, because you are durban. If you read the thread, you will know that everyone in Cape Town is having issues with their bolt-on.

The reason I specifically asked Wingnut is because he too lives in Durban and not in the Cape where there are issues - maybe you could try to understand the post before making your irrelevant comment

Can you confirm please how is the streaming on this Web Africa account. I presume it is a capped one.

Last I used my WebAfrica account to stream it was amazing!
I can give it a bash tonight and let you know - anything in specific you'd like me to try stream with my WA account? Preferably nothing I have to sign up for - like Netflix as I don't have an account.

Fair enough I didn't double check his location. Your other post however is still completely absurd.

This bolton is becoming a useless appendage.

Only another 20 days of this nonsense.

OW was much worse. They also lied and cheated customers, and the support also shifted blame on to the customers.

At least VOX has been honest when they did give support, for now they are just quiet for who knows what reason.

Mine performs much better than yesterday. Not ideal, but what a relief at 48ms 8.56mbps. Maybe they listened? Lol

Limiting bolt-on line speed to 10Mbps clearly didn't help.

I did not think it was going to make any difference any ways..... It still only takes about 11 x 10Mbps lines to have 100Mbps of the IPC in use. That would exclude people that have fatpipe accounts only with no bolt on or those 1TB fatpipe data accounts they are giving away with samsung tv's.

Looks like they are going the same route as Afrihost in Cape Town. JHB IPC is still fine but I would imagine it would also reach capacity soon....

Signup today for the Bolt On & im very disappointed with the performance im getting. Im barely getting 1mb line speed plus I only have a 4mb line!. Not what I expected!!! I hope that its only a Cape Town issue to be shorted out soon.

Something seriously wrong now in KZN. Was fine this afternoon, now I cant watch Netflix, starts to stutter and buffer.

Using pingplotter to do traceroute to google starts fine, then after a few traces all the hops shows packet loss until the first outside hop is unreachable. After a while a few traces go through again. If I stop the trace for a few seconds and start is again it does the same thing. Speedtest shows about half my line speed.
