As a gamer I don't think I will be leaving Windows anytime soon unfortunately so cant compare.

Sell your PC, buy a console and get a Mac.

One thing i can say is that Leopard is well priced.

Although i am a PC guy, i wouldn't mind giving a mac a run. Unfortunately it is diff. to find 2nd hand ones or i don't know where to look

Wont that be a tad bit costly? besides I am an online gamer mostly and prefer things like BF2 and ETQW and can't wait to get my hands on the new Unreal and Team Fortress.

I can't see myself settling for a console as well :/ at least not with the family booking the TV. I am still stuck with MS.

Buy a 22-26 inch monitor for it.

I`ve got a 24" iMac with BootCamp that runs any windows games rather well.
DVD`s aren`t too bad either.
