LG G4

Anyone noticed something like this before?

I went to bed last night with battery at 15% and woke up with battery at 15% about 7 hours later.

On the screenshots you'll see that while in standby the percentage got higher and then slowly drained.

Is that a glitch in MM?

I had the same thing on my Note 3 with lollipop. But it didn't drain it stayed the same. The graph was a perfect flatline.

Got this a while back:

Best TPU/Gel type back cover I've ever used, perfect thickness(around 1mm), they normally are thicker/get a little bulky or are paper thin and almost pointless. If you have a tempered glass protector fitted then this cover is just about level with the screen, perhaps just a fraction proud, which makes it great for swiping in/out from the edges.

Took just under 5 weeks from order till me collecting it at the Post Office.

First time I've reached 4hrs screen on with the phone in the 2 weeks I've had it. MM is pretty good. Sure I would've made 4.5 if I had better signal in my flat. Sometimes at night I put it in airplane mode with just Wifi on and I get a flatline in the chart...

Is it worth installing Mm? Any bugs? Im very happy with Lollipop so not sure if it will give me a better experience? Alsi, will it take up 900-odd mb of space or is that just the download size with not much additional space being used?

I went the XDA kdz route. The guys here will have to give you there experience doing the OTA update.

In my opinion tho, there's not much really updating for in terms of features. But most of the changes are under the hood especially in terms of security.

The 900MB+ that you download is not like a application which will take up extra space on your phone. This is a firmware update so it just overwrite files that's already installed on your phone.

No bugs, just a better user experience and of course the huge battery improvement.

so if there is any one else that has an INSANE drop is battery life after MM, like me there is something not playing well with google play services.

I dont think it is google play services it self that is causing the problem, but rather another app that uses it and is stuck in some kind of loop.
I was getting 75min SOT for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Saturday night I went through the trouble of deactivating Google play services, charged my phone full. and now it is on charge again, it was on 50% and I want to get it to 100% to get a better idea of average usage.

I followed Piesangs update method but, I also did a factory reset and now its perfect

have factory reset yet?

have factory reset yet?

no. because I would need to download 3 gig worth of apps again. freaking hearthstone and ticket to ride...

look if by the end of the day I am below 60% from the full charge I will bite the bullet tonight.

I'm also getting big drain after local update. You reckon factory reset is the answer?

After I did a factory reset my SOT went from 3 hours to 4 hours 45 mins. Very impressive battery life at the moment. I didnt do a back up and restore route. I did a fresh install of all my apps. Schlep but well worth it.

Wife is also complaining of heavy batt drain and phone getting hot ever since MM update
