505-509 is factory error thing.
Wife's at vodacom for repair for that exact reason right now.

Closest vodacom shop but so far my experience has been lacking. Try Google the issue and then LG chat support with proof/links.506
where did you take it?
I only found out about the factory thing after my phone was already in the shop.

Yea I just went to the closest vodacom shop. All was well till it got to their Repair place.
Mine was also online, all my upgrades are.
