You will need something like this: https://www.capeunionmart.co.za/go-adaptor-plug-visitor. But for some reason that ground leg on your plug looks a lot closer to the live and neutral legs that what I have seen before.
That's because it is. Well spotted. The ground leg collpases to reduce the width of the plug. But I already have an adapter plug. Perks of working at Vodacom Corporate Park.

So does that mean I have the international version of the phone?

Well there are three versions. I have the "North America" version and you should have the "Rest of world" version (I speak under correction). Now make a plan and cut that SIM like a boss. ;)

Google has no dealings with certain countries, amongs which South Africa, and constantly reviews the few business sections that do deal with these countries, such as Adsense, Adwords, Playstore, etc.

Due to this they do not distribute products such as the Nexus phone here. Local carriers will not stock these devices either.

Small importers, however, import limited quantities from countries where they get their hands on these devices. So, you can have a version from virtually any country. Not necesarily only US or UK.

Ported to a nano sim, everything up and running. :D I'm also seeing LTE speeds at VC Midrand where I work, which was a pleasant surprise seeing that Cell C's hspa cover here is shoddy at best.
I've found the fingerprint functionality to be really good. Also mildly surprised last night when I found out google now will do the voice recognition thing even with the screen locked and in standby (last time I used it on my Z2 tablet running lollipop, the phone had to be in an unlocked state, iirc)

Just a question, why did you guys go with Zeek rather than Orange Store?

I didn't, I bought from Orange store. But I didn't buy a case or screen protector from them- Doing that now from Zeek- I didn't know about Zeet Online when I placed my order.

Having issues with payfast... AGAIN...

I originally had an order with Orange but they kept pushing my shipping date further away. So I cancelled with Orange and placed an order with Zeek.

Marshmallow on the Nexus 5X seems to be missing the option to move your soft buttons around or I am just blind?

That's interesting because my order read 8 business days, and I got it in less than 5 (paid last Thursday, received this Wednesday morning)

I ordered form Orange last week Friday, and today got a notification that it got shipped.

@SykomantiS - how long did it take to get to you after you got the shipped notification?

One thing I find less than ideal in handling the phone, is the placement of the volume rocker.
Nitpicking now... I think I might be in love with this phone...
