Line not syncing higher than 384 :-(

Hi

So after a 3 week wait my line was finally installed yesterday, the problem is it is not syncing at anything higher than 384 as shown by the router stats. So what is the possibility that telkom screwed up my application or is the line just not good enough for anything higher?

What did you apply for? 4mb?

confirm the line speed with them & also make sure if you did the activation process correctly.

Who's your ISP? What line speed did you apply for? Does your ISP shape your line?

Applied for a 4mb line, ISP is Mweb Uncapped. The telkom tech reckoned the line is good for 4mb, will give them a call tomorrow to find out.

Also what needs to be done with activation with telkom?

Just had a chat with Telkom, they screwed up the order and placed it for 384 Will reorder the 4096 line after their stupid 48 hour activation period is over.
