Looking for Japanese Windows Emulator

Hi ^_^

I'm looking for a Japanese Windows emulator in order to play a game that I got from Japan (it will only play on Japanese Windows). I tried Googling but the versions that turn up seem fairly suspect. Does anyone know of a reliable Japanese Windows emulator? I have tried changing my computer language and region settings to Japanese, but it didn't help :/

If you can find the japanese version of windows somewhere you could put that on a virtual machine such as virtual box or vmware.

Just install a virtual machine with the Japanese version of Windows.
