Lost over R40 airtime while still having data bundles left

Like the topic say. For no reason I lost airtime while having multiple bundles (500GB and 10GB anytime). I have never ever used OOB data ever. I use a dongle to connect.

Edit: Guess it was roaming? Funny that it happens only now.
