Well let's hope they so scared of you that they push their distributors to get the phone around the Country by Friday.
But then again hope we don't get defects like in the UK.
 
Sure the 930 will arrive in SA ... two months after the 935 is announced!

Yep, cause you know, people in South Africa can't possibly afford the high-end devices, so we'll just ship crate of low end devices and hope it keeps them happy.
 
The original release date was supposed to be in September, you should set your hopes for then to avoid disappointment, if you get it before then it'll be a bonus.

There's hope that South Africa will get the HTC One (M8) Windows some time in the future.
Unfortunately it's currently only available on Verizon in the States.

Nope no pics, ran into another Nokia lady at the mall and gave her hell.
She said the Nokia Store at Vodacom World had stock and was selling them as of this weekend, I cannot vouch for the correctness of her statement.

I phoned the Vodacom Shop at Vodacom World, they don't have any.
I also called Nashua Mobile, they don't even know when they'll be getting the device (if at all).
The Nokia Store (on 011 653 6516 / 6506) just rings and rings.

Vodacom World Trading Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00
Saturday 9:00-17:00
Sundays and Public Holidays 9:00-14:00

Bah they suck so much. Thanks sYk0 for always running into random Nokia ladies at the mall. Guess I'll just wait till month end. Can't trust Nokia anymore. Vodacom said stock is delayed till end of August, will stick to that.

Thanks for the info, I spoke to the Nokia Store in Vodaworld yesterday and they had stock, so I asked them how the hell does it help anyone that they've got stock but the networks don't, didn't really get a response.

Ai ja, that sucks.
Ohwell, I had a chat with one of the Agents on the Vodacom chat and she said "According to the device update the shipment has been delayed. I cannot confirm for how long. ".
But she took my number and said she will contact me when she has a idea on when it will arrive.

The Nokia SA facebook page stated today that the Nokia Lumia 930 will be available through the networks from September. But if you want to have it first, before anyone else, you can get it through the Nokia store.

Yeah I saw that. But I'd like to know roughly when in September so I can get it ASAP.
