For what version and where?
Maybe someone can perhaps justify the reasoning behind all those different pricepoints vista has? Why not just sell a server edition and a consumer one?![]()
They did that with the mac office too but everyone I know buys the cheap student/teacher edition anywayU seen all the different versions (colours) of Office?
I thought that this wasn't supposed to be a fanboyism discussion on which is better?
/ducks flames
It isn't, mac won long ago.
didnt take you long . . .I thought that this wasn't supposed to be a fanboyism discussion on which is better?

Yeah the market share proves that they won![]()
Not fanboyism, just stating what we already knowdidnt take you long . . .
*sigh*
We get it dude, you got a Mac and you love it, and you want everyone to know how much you love it
But the point of the thread is that a Mac can do whatever a PC can do, and vice versa. Agree/disagree?
Where can I get Vista for that price - and I don't want a watered down starter edition either.
No you are not, but it still runs faster on a Mac.
And yes, you can use either VMWare Fusion or Parallels Desktop to play games

Is the one with "Windows Media Center" any good?
I saw those benchmarks and if its the same one then the hardware was so different it hardly made for any realistic comparison.Interesting, Leopard, hacked to run on a PC, ran faster on the PC than on the Mac, according to some benchmarks I saw the other day.
