It's all good, @backstreetboy's card still works...This is a fukcup, I released goods to a client yesterday who paid via instant eft (Crapitec) as they always do. Cash has gone off their account, but now I'm waiting (FNB).
I know all banks are ****, hence choose Capitec because one might as well pay R5 per month for the **** than R99+. But this is really ridiculous now. Think I need to go back to paying R99.
Lol, their cards do work apparently it's the app which remains down. It sucks, this is some extended outage. It's all good, @backstreetboy's card still works...
But we all have phonesInternet banking working (don't care about an app).
I was legit just thinking about it, where is that guy now?Where's that post about Capitec's amazing tech stack, specifically the biometrics department that would put any company to shame? Maybe they should've reallocated some resources from those projects![]()
You bought iced coffee? In a recession? What next, avocado toast and fruit phones?Cards still works. Had some iced coffee this morning due to loadshedding.
What wise words from @epah have I missed?Cant believe you ever doubted my wisdom.
It's not just the channel (app/OB), but also some payment rails like EFT. If I had to guess, this seems like some intrabank integration issue where some services aren't able to communicate with others.Lol, their cards do work apparently it's the app which remains down. Hopefully the glitch gives you matching numbers .I managed to take lotto yesterday before the app went down again in the evening
