Massive Cell C mobile data price cuts

I would just like to know if the 1 year validity is for one calendar year from the date of singing up, or is it a period of 12 months. In other words, if I sign up now at nearly the end of March, then March is counted as my first month, and the deal remains active until the end of February 2017, whereas if I sign up on 1 April then it is valid until the end of March 2017?
Until when is the offer available?
I have a current CellC sim - can I add the deal to this sim?

It's valid till the date you bought and activated it, so it doesn't help to delay using it as it's already active and counting. It's available until 31 March at least.
 
When I had a Cell C month to month contract, they really had lousy coverage and slow download speeds. I been on Vodacom, MTN and Cell C in that order and now moved back to MTN.

My suggestion is to get a prepaid sim card and test their coverage before buying anything.

And check with LTE device even map shows no coverage. I am already 4/5 months on Cell C LTE, but map still shows no LTE in the area.

Doesn't Cell C have a test sim you can buy for a few bucks?

Very true . mate of mine down the road has an router running LTE on MTN but according to the coverage map that is not supposed to be the case . Not even by a longshot and a yaggi antenna :P

Prepaid blue SIM (with cuts for micro and nano size) is LTE enabled by default. R0.99 in Cell C shops.

Most SIMs cost that much, but Cell C a preloaded test SIM if I recall correctly.
