Although no issues - do you guys ever find it slow ... ?

Not from the download/upload part and Speedtest - but actual using isn't as quick as it was once?

I remember getting home the day after it was switches on and not expect a huge change from my 20Mbps VDSL. But, I was amazed at how fast things were. Now though, things just seems slower at actually resolving.

The initial connection / pull down of a site isn't as blistering as it once was

Latency as in how fast it reacts to a website click ?

Yea.

So once on, it's great - but it feels to have slowed in the response click

Downloads are perfect. Speed test latency still like 2ms. But when home I'll check this

Anyone experiencing bad latency to Blizzard servers?
I'm getting 250ms, but when I VPN into my office that use Vox telecom I get 180ms to the servers.

I'm down again.

I can't work out if my ISP or Metrofibre, but I can tell you this is far, far more unstable than my old VDSL 20Mbps ...

Running fine for me still ... This time could be something local

Ok a router reboot worked - so not ISP or Metro. Maybe just a small glitch in electronics.

Sorry!

Well at least you guys have fibre.

Been trying (daily) since the 5th of March to get set up on metrofibre.

Worst customer service ever.

Anyone else having issues with MetroFibre in the Fourways area?

Was recently migrated from Greencom to C-Fibre - and I'm not sure who the heck does support - as cfibresupport@cellc.co.za simply ignores my emails. Do these guys have a forum rep?

And my internet is down again... Out of 7 days each week, I probably don’t have internet for about 3 of them.

At what point is it acceptable to request some kind of refund?

I have had continuous issues with my internet and nothing has been resolved even after contacting the manager. I have had internet for about half of March only, and barely any of April. And when I do have internet there is 50% packet loss... I’m so fed up and tired. I have spent hundreds on data for my cellphone so that everyone can hotspot. This is crazy. Even my Telkom line was more stable.
