Hi guys

So, I'm new to the forum (registered just now); but as is normal, I've lurked for quite a long time... just didn't think I had anything to add/contribute...

However, now I might have...

We've had MetroFibre (and one of their contractors, who shall remain nameless, until I decide to burn them) install Fibre into our complex - however, almost 3 months later (after the deadline), the network isn't live yet (after multiple, and I quote, "definite" go-live dates). We have confirmation from the engineers and from MetroFibre itself that the complex is ready and all it needs is a signature... but it just ain't happening.

Clearly they have breached contract - has anyone been successful in swapping providers after they've installed everything (TPs, cables, etc)? Can we take them to task somehow? I've heard of complexes swapping to OpenServ, after MetroFibre pulled this.. any advice on that?

Best regards,
M4v
