Michael Jackson dies

Years of stress.. built up by the trial of that 14yr old kid he was accused of molesting.. caught up with him. He basically went into seclusion after that ordeal. Stress kills, believe it.

Apparently he passed away before completing the recording of his brand new duet with George Michael, titled "Don't let your son go down on me"

He led a bizarre life but he was certainly very talented. I was a youngster when his Thriller album was released (1982 - biggest selling album of all time). Every kid on the block tried to imitate his 'moonwalk'. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7MmEMrCRfc"]M Jackson moonwalk video[/ame]

Wow! Not really a fan of his apart from 1 or 2 songs, but that caught me completely off-guard! RIP MJ!

Oh ffs, he was guilty as sin - check my pics for his transcripts of the trials. There is no doubting the man was completely fscked in the head, especially when it came to little boys. I doubt he understood that what he was doing was wrong though - I reckon he convinced himself that it was in their best interests.

However there is no doubting that he was one of the world's best ever performers and producers. I wonder how long it will take before the plastic surgery is blamed? Any guesses? I say a few days, if that. AIDS is the next one, but that would spark massive conspiracy theories. I wonder if the court records of his trial will be released now that he is 6ft under?

Great musician btw. I'd love to say great loss, but he's done less for music in the last 15 years than Dane Matthews Jnr has for US politics...
