At what should i set the TxPower and Antenna Gain or must i leave them as they are?

Leave TxPower as default and set Antenna Gain to whatever you antenna's gain is.

Is there a way u can set the 411ar at site A so that anyone connecting to the eth1 and or wlan2 can get ip adress from the dhcp server?

Good day will this work the same for a ap to repeater to nanostations, and if not can you help me to setup a adsl line to mikrotik ap to repeater to clients.

What difference does it make if you put in an number on the antenna gain? i have done the but i don't see an difference
