MINI UPS - ADSL

Hi There. We have a mini UPS connected to our ADSL router. It used to last up to about 3 hours with no issues.

Now over the last month or so, after about 1 hour we lose connection to the internet. The router has power since the lights are on (but clearly no one is home).

I can see the the router name under wifi connections and it will connect but it "connects without internet".

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If it's the msan/dslam/imax that is going down then Openserve automatically logs a network fault. It might take some time for Openserve to replace or attend to the battery issues as FTTx take priority over ADSL unfortunately. The extended loadshedding has been hammering backup power supplies for networks.

Contact your ISP to log faults on the line when it goes down.
