mobile LTE SIM card

I have mobile LTE my router is Huawei model B618s connect a PC, the router is very big brick and not portable
I am wondering if I can have 2 SIM cards for the second to be used on a portable LTE MiFi router.

go into a Telkom shop to activate Multisim ?

call plan dependant?

Unlikely , unless you just sign up for another sim only month by month plan and downgrade 1st plan accordingly.
