I have ordered a line on behalf of a client, and after two days Telkom SMSed my client to say the line was ready to continue with self install. So I got on my bike and zipped over there with a brand new router only to find it won't sync. So Telkom said it was the router and that my client must buy a router from them. So I went back there with my personal router to test and guess what, it won't sync. So Telkom said we were doing something wrong, sent out a technician who "tested" the line and said there was nothing wrong with the line and all was ready for Self Install. So we plugged in the router and guess what... yep... no sync.
Now what to do? Because Telkom are telling him the problem is with his ISP, me. How do I fight this with Telkom, when I sit for 1:30 minutes and more waiting to speak to an agent who can never help anyway?
