Only a criminal because the law says so, and the law can change. There has to be a valid reason for your actions. Defence of property in this case.

It has nothing to do with killing out of frustration.

I am of the opinion that it has been that way for quite some time. If someone attacks you/ tries to rob you, no matter how small the item they are after and no matter how much you comply with their requests you can still often end up dead. So it is a fight for your life. One which we should not take lying down.

The change starts with each individual. However, it seems everyone has some or other explanation to the things they do or how they react to what is done to them. IMO

Forumites frequently refer to civilised countries in other forums. In which civilised country would it ever be acceptable to kill someone for a crime as minor as stealing a cell phone? The barbarians are not at the gates, we are the barbarians.

I for one am glad that smash and grab robber is dead!
I will never have to worry about him commiting a crime against me.
He chose to be a criminal, I choose to have his life valued at nothing!

One thing most of the liberals forget, is that while bboy says that this crim will never bother him again, that also applies to the liberals, in that the crim will never bother the liberals either. And they dont even bother to say thanks for the assist... :D:D
 
the thief didn't deserve to die but the motorist didn't deserve to be attacked for his cell phone

If that piece of a waste of a skin did not attempt to rob somebody he will still have been alive.

Made a wrong choice.

I gaurentee. This happen daily the crime rate will drop like a rock diving.

SO your solution is we should either sit back and get robbed, sodomized and murdered. OR! . Just get lots of ammo and shoot anyone who comes near you without stating a legitimate course of action and a valid reason?


I reackon that right or wrong at least he did something. Which is alot more than anyone else I have seen in the news so far. (including police)

In no country in the world would anybody be sentenced to death for stealing a cellphone.

Before any of you start labeling me as a liberal or tree hugger, let me just say that I am Pro Gun, Pro Death Sentence and pro self defence.

THIS WAS NOT SELF DEFENCE

It was cold bloode murder, the shooter chased the thief with the intention of killing him.

Which ever way you twist it, it is still murder.

Where do you draw the line?

Do you
Shoot a kid who grabs your bag?
Do you shoot a guy who has just stolen some washing of your line?
Do you shoot a person who shoplifts in your shop?
