I agree with R/SGT, this guy commited murder, at the very least manslaughter (sp?).
In that rage, he shot the guy which was NO threat to him at all, before or after he got his phone.
Every time there is a situation like this, a whole bunch of ANC supporters come out of the woodwork explaining that the criminals need to eat etc. Lets turn it around. No body has any idea what the shooter has been through before this. In all likelihood, this is not his first exposure to crime. At some point, everyone snaps. And from the looks of it, this type of behaviour is going to become more widespread. People have had enough. Living in fear all of the time. Hell, my wife spent an half an hour locked with the rest of my family in my daughter's room this morning because of the constant sound of gunshots outside and I don't live in a violent area. 10 minutes after the power went off and all hell broke loose.
