mp3 maintenance

i am looking for a good program to embed album art in mp3s. a winamp plugin would be the best win for me.

any suggestions?

AFAIK in Winamp, you select the songs, right click to view it's properties and it allows you to add the Album image.

thanks. i tried that a while back (like two years ago), but it didn't work. just gave it another shot and it works now.

I prefer MediaMonkey, it finds album art, and all the ID3 tag info from the web.

nope. winamp does not seem to embed the art in the file... it merely drops a jpg in the directory of the file

Then I suggest you try MediaMonkey as mentioned above, I use it as well.

thanks. giving tag&rename a shot. mediamonkey looks quite heavy (i may be wrong!).

Give MusicBee a go. Spent ages finding the right programme and stopped looking after I found MusicBee.
