MS Office 2013 Outlook problem

I bought Office 365 and had it installed. It worked fine to begin with, but now I am unable to Open Outlook 2013.

The error message reads: Cannot start MS Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The Outlook data file xxxxx.pst was not cleanly closed by the last program that used it. It cannot be opened until repaired.

Please help ?

Worst case scenario : try reinstalling.

run pstrepair.exe if it still exists in Office 2013?

Surprisingly, the solution was in rebooting

I just hope the issue does not surface again. I kept Outlook 2007 on my PC so I can always use that in case the Outlook 2013 acts up again. Could there be a problem having both on the PC ?
