I uninstalled MS Office then downloaded Word and Excel directly from App Store. Now it opens in 1 second.
That's a big improvement from 11 seconds.
I think apps from the Store open faster.
Adobe Acrobat Reader downloaded from the internet takes >10 seconds to open but a pdf reader downloaded from App Store opens in 1 second.
Chrome, BraveBrowser, MT5 and TradingView still open slowly.
