While MTN still has a long way to go in measuring up in the customer satisfaction department, they still remain leagues better than their competitors.
The support I have had in this forum from MTN people who help out through no other reason than being helpfull was awesome. It's just their 808 callcentre that still needs some work.
Now, if we could get some 3G in stellenbosch and Durbanville, i'd truly no longer have any problems with my cellular provider. IMO, that is the only advantage VC has over MTN - 3G coverage.
