My initial approval took 11 days but porting completed in less than a day.So guys sorry for trouble,an inconvenience I'm causing via this post,if you look up and previously in this thread you will see I had an issue,eventually it got a stage to where the store wasn't assisting me so I phoned 808 and did it myself....blah blah blah...I then opened a case stating why I never get my data as yet etc so they said a reply with 2-48 hours later I phoned 48 hours later and they say that I'm not on the right package but then the rep checks it and states that I'm on the right package....she then sends a email to the person who said I was on the wrong package and now around 56hours has gone since and not a single update has come....I honestly regret porting to mtn I'm doing the job of a store and still can't get it done any kind of help is appreciated...sorry for this long post
My port took a mont(via the mtn store which wasted my time),which never worked and I then ended up buying 3 starter packs and did my own port.That took a day and on the 18th of jan,I got moved to the right package and after that **** happened (nothing at all)sorry for typing like this I am actually frustrated to my core...and Cba!Please try using sentences,good luck hope you get sorted soon.
