Continue phoning every day, I know it's a pain but you need to get what you paid for. Is the date the contract was processed (BF/CM specials) mentioned on the papers you received for the contract?
The mtn store when he was assisting me told me so...(that the dates are all correct)I have the account store/sales department checking(they said 2-48hours)but I am not entering the 72nd hour lol I have been checking like every day from the 13 of jan or 18th really disappointed my luck is always **** that this happens to me hopefully they can give me a positive result lol,I'm so close from loosing my cool on either one of them departments
I think somebody is doing it wrong. I also had a problem with my dual call. Called 808 and checked the status of the SIM card it said active yet I never had network on it so checked rica status it wasn't rica'ed so took back to store tried to rica again but no network even after that so the store consultant escalated the problem to back office and I started quoting that case no after that for every contact I had with MTN so eventually they did a manual activation and it's working perfectly now
I contacted them in the morning and they said this department isn't working today so this guy opened a new case for nothing....and he said there's a slight chance they will fix it today(we all know that's bull****) I will just have to wait till Monday and take it up again I'm actually getting tired of them,plus your store consultant is clued up mine isn't....I'm basically doing the work for him(his work)

They undervalued the LG G4 by R500, that's actually a pretty good cash price.
Unless it's the beat, then I might lay a complaint, because that is what I went for and is expecting LG LG4 flagship version.

Over 24 months, R50 extra, the blackberry priv kind of a decent priced but within range. Their cash price is crap though for it.

Phone the store say you want proof of your contract phone 808 email it to an advisor and within 2 hours you up and running
