Continue phoning every day, I know it's a pain but you need to get what you paid for. Is the date the contract was processed (BF/CM specials) mentioned on the papers you received for the contract?My port took a mont(via the mtn store which wasted my time),which never worked and I then ended up buying 3 starter packs and did my own port.That took a day and on the 18th of jan,I got moved to the right package and after that **** happened (nothing at all)sorry for typing like this I am actually frustrated to my core...and Cba!

I contacted them in the morning and they said this department isn't working today so this guy opened a new case for nothing....and he said there's a slight chance they will fix it today(we all know that's bull****) I will just have to wait till Monday and take it up again I'm actually getting tired of them,plus your store consultant is clued up mine isn't....I'm basically doing the work for him(his work)I think somebody is doing it wrong. I also had a problem with my dual call. Called 808 and checked the status of the SIM card it said active yet I never had network on it so checked rica status it wasn't rica'ed so took back to store tried to rica again but no network even after that so the store consultant escalated the problem to back office and I started quoting that case no after that for every contact I had with MTN so eventually they did a manual activation and it's working perfectly now

Over 24 months, R50 extra, the blackberry priv kind of a decent priced but within range. Their cash price is crap though for it.
