What documents do you need to take delivery? Guessing ID and proof of address?
BTw I received my promotional data yesterday, but when I dial *140# I can see the data but not the 10,000 mtn-mtn minutes (although I have tested it and it seems to be activated). Is yours the same?

You can calculate it based on your activation date and renewal date.
Similar situation to mine. Applied on cyber Monday but told the agent I will collect sim at store. He said he will contact me.Is there an MTN rep on this forum? I applied for the dual sim 9 days ago and no one that I call or contact can do anything. The activations centre says they don't deal with dual sims. They guy from the store told me to call 808. When I called 808 they put me through to activations dept who then tells me to go back to the store. I'm pretty sure none of them knows what's going on and just trying to redirect me somewhere else so they don't have to do anything
