Anyone's dual call activated yet?
And Nadir, is yours still working perfectly?
My contract was processed on the 28th of November for the cyber Monday but only got it activated last Wednesday.
No promotional data was added but after phoning 808 they said I'll only receive my normal contract pro rata and only next month (14th) will the promo data and minutes kick in?
Doesn't make sense to me, does anyone know anything?
Thanks going to do that and keep on phoning until I get someone that can help.It can take upto a week to reflect. Wait till tomorrow, then call again.
Thanks. Will do, it was done via mtn direct will I still need to go to a store?The problem is that the contract activation date is not on the 28th so they won't automatically add the promo bundles.
Get the store to log a request with provisioning and attach the original contract documents as proof that the contract was taken out on the 28th.

In your case it's not acceptable if you'd already gone in the store a few times, take it straight to hellopeter.@Sayf777: im in exact same boat sort off.
I took 2 sims from the store. One sim was working perfect and other never got the data (did cybermonday). Phoned 808/emailed them/went in store a ton. Still waiting. Going to give a week or 2 max after which going call it and cancel the contract. Tired of waiting and not getting the data.
Has anyone managed to get their dual call/sims working yet?
Mine still says sim not provisioned. It's 2 and a half weeks. Still nothing.
