Went to the store atleast 5 times in the past 2 weeks. Just deal with one person, or it gets even more messy. I worked for iTalk some years ago, so know pretty much some of their processes.
They had Activated the Dual Call sim pretty much the same day, from what i gather their RICA process is messed up and it sometimes jams, they did mine over 3 or 4 time in the 2 weeks. Quick way to find out if your RICA is done, see

They had also logged USD queries twice for some other team to check it out.
