i checked the online invoice. says 249 but then has a credit section showing 100. I.e 149 in the end.
 
No debit order run yet, zando delivery of new hair trimmer scheduled for today. Gotta love a R250 off anything voucher

Thanks to an amazing lady at activations , my Dual Call is active! :D I'm so happy that the issue is resolved.

Just a query. *141# doesn't show any balances. Only *141*1# shows the balances. Weird.

I forgot her name but this is what I did.

Logged a query at the store, awaited 3 days for feedback. Feedback said it's active but it wasn't, phoned activations, told them feedback says resolved but it's not. They'll do an escalation. After escalation, issue resolved.

The lady did get the manager involved to speed up the resolving of the issue. But the issue was def RICA. Cos now it says sim is RICA'd
 
Just phone till you get through to a lady whose name starts with an L but you have to have a query logged for her to help you. I called so many times, I'm certain she's the only one whose name starts with an L

I have called numerous times, there is no one whose name starts with L, there are people's surnames that start with L, said I'll call back need to confirm if it's name or surname that starts with L.
 
Her name starts with an L. I definitely don't know her surname. Just know her name starts with an L.

Yeah. Only the MyMTN app and *141*1# works.

I think around 3pm, the staff at activations are helpful. I phoned between 2 and 3 as well
 
Lady at the store says the sim is Rica pending. She phoned Rica, they told her to remove sim from the system and add it again. So she did that now. Let's see if it works this time.
 
An MTN shop here is advertising the 50GB promo for tomorrow again. FriYay V2.0 or something

It is legit, bud of mine just informed me, he collected a device he bought from for last week's friyay and they informed him they running it again tommorow. CPT area
