I'm so frustrated,it's annoying I contacted them even when I was doing the port the guys told me that the port was failed and the assistant was adamant it went through eventually I just bought 3 pre plaid sim cards and did the port my self I am fuming that mtn actually has service like this for a big and well known company

So apparently there was communication sent out to the stores to not allow dual call on these 50Gb contracts.

If you got it on BF/CM, you'll be able to activate dual call. Any other time, there's T's and C's against it in the contract
 
I got dualcall on both my contracts, so handy, when my 50gb sim used for data runs out I put the dual call sim from the main sim I use in my phone in the router and use the 50gb from there.

Couldn't have asked for a better situation and I still have a zillion free minutes stacking up on the sim used in the router and with the dual call sim on that number I can talk for hours, half hour call center marathons - no problem. 4 sims with almost unlimited(relative to my uses) data/sms/calls.

I insisted and he did it for me. Now it's just the waiting game. What is the link to check if yr sim has been rica'd?
 
What a messed up situation my contract turned in to I have to now deal with the head office rather then a branch manager
 
Just sell the phone, probably don't get a G4 though as their value has tanked worse than anything I have ever witnessed with a premium/flagship phone.
