Anyone who took out the 199/299/349 made for me M get their correct allocation? I don't know whats going on with my balances, its a mess
 
I have no idea what they did with mine. I didn't get my 50 gigs night data.

Same. I got the 299 deal. Meant to be 40gb plus 50gb night. I got a total of about 12 gigs this morning I think

I think i got the usual allocation of made for me plus a bonus 10GB.

How much minutes did you get? Only got 150 even thought was promised 500min
 
Didn't get the promo allocation still, are we going to have to wait till the 14th?

I think I only got an additional 10GB
 
Mine a mess, did not get any of the promotional 50gb day and 50gb night. Just the normal allocation (50+50).

There is a promotional 5gb I see, wonder if it shouldn't have been 50 and someone captured it as 5.

They did however carry over the remaining allocation of the pro rata data when I took out the contract which is a plus I guess. The data was added to the day time data.
 
Its a bit confusing at the moment. Not sure whats been allocated/ carried over/ pro rata'd. But I've got about 50gb data and a few hundred anytime minutes. Thats enough for me to just keep using my phone as usual and not go all wizardofid on the situation.

Lol :D so now when you have issues with MTN we call it doing a wizardofid :P

To be fair I am paying for it, whether it is 5 meg or 1000gig, I am gonna press my pointy stick sideways up your ass till you cough blood.

Issue is you not meant to have carry over data as far as i know

So meant to be a clean start

im on the 60 + 60

i received 47gb or so and 30gb night

seems like the night data is working since its moved to 29.99gb from 30gb

Mine a complete mess too. Somehow I have 91 gigs right now. Not gonna complain. IIRC I'm supposed to get 40 gigs and 150 mins Screenshot_20181212-095141.jpeg
 
I didn't even get any SMS stating what I received. I meant to get a total of 91 GB, 650 min and 100 SMS
 
Mines is also incorrect. Received 11gb +150min instead of 40gb+40gb. Minutes seems right although we missing the mtn minutes.

My previous data is still carrying over.
 
Mine is also incorrect, the bonus data is not showing up (Took the choice 30GB package so 60GB + 60GB).

Will wait a few days before logging a query.
 
Im on the 60+60 deal and i got 12gb anytime data and 0gb night data. If I don't get my full allocation soon i will lodge a complaint.
