I received the same sms on both sims (and two separate emails from billie Jean)
It does still puzzle me that that the tone of this message remains that it is ”kind-of” my fault and I ”must” upgrade to avoid “unexpected costs”. I was told (in the email) that the credit will happen on Monday - I will post it to my original message I the other thread
I am still looking through all the different deal options presented on these pages before I make up my mind.
