so just had an entire 1 hour and 24 minute call experience with MTN trying to find out if I can cancel or get my contract changed to pay as you go. Eventually spoke to a lady who explained that once the contract passes the last month it's done on a month to month basis and the device gets taken off of the billing. Otherwise I'm looking at a near 2k cancellation amount.
But before that I had to go through one person who put me on hold for 15 minutes, then call again only to wait another 15 - 20 again before my call got answered by a gentleman (and I use that term lightly) who listened to my whole sob story and still tried to sell me an additional contract. Only to put me through to a dept that put me on hold and then dropped the call.
So for today your mark is 33.3%. Might be passing for the Government, but a fail imho.
