Something changed... New spectrum maybe?
Won't effect everyone.
Mines been a constant 50-100+ Mbps since I moved over from Rains abysmal signal and speeds in 2 places I stayed at prior to moving to my current location.

I'm more than happy with the signal strength, speed and minimal outages over last 12 months I've been with AH/ MTN.

I got 5 Mbps download last night... Today it's gone wild. I usually get 70 Mbps with LTE+.
Ignore that top one thats my WISP, the others are MTN

1st speedtest with the Afri. / MTN SIM ; this is on 1800 Mhz, so quite happy with the results (especially the ping which is better than I'm getting on Telkom these days at around 30), even though d/load quite a bit lower than upload.

Wonder why it says "Air Mobile" (instead of "Afrihost") like the Ookla speedtest's above have ?
"Air Mobile" is a generic name for Afrihost's LTE service, running on the carriers, is it not, so should be alright ?

ISP: Air Mobile
Ping: 25ms
Download: 11.28Mbps
Upload: 17.97Mbps

Haven't tested 2300 Mhz yet, and probably won't for some time, as the SIMs already out the router ; using Telkom data up for the remainder of the month, then should have carry over + next month's allocation on MTN.
