MTN increases its subscriber numbers and data revenue

A concern for MTN is a decline of 1.1% to 5.2 million in the number of post-paid subscribers.

Pretty easy to explain this. Before the 50GB deal, all the promos and deals were limited to prepaid. Post paid was treated like a red headed step child.

MTN said fibre-to-the-home connections remain a priority

So then why don't we have a triple play service yet? Now that Naspers has sold MWEB, MTN you have the best chance of making this happen.

They have to be tops, with loaded airtime constantly disappearing to boost margins!

Don't care, still moving to prepaid next month after having contracts for decades.

Pleasure indeed to run out of airtime when you need it most.:D

Never happens these days. Either use Internet banking USSD (if no airtime and data available for mobile banking), or get "airtime advance with USSD code.

And no OOB shark - ever.
