MTN mobile data network down for hours

i had a tripple whammy. Office internet wifi went down (via an alternate isp, mobile data on my phone went down (MTN sim), and it is also roughly the date that I arranged with MTN to cancel one of my other MTN sim cards (thinking they cancelled the wrong one)

Will data you bought still expire at midnight....
 
Looks like my MTN/Afrihost internet was down from 11.40am till 14.25. Hopefully it's back up and stays up now.
 
Shhh, Mybroadband!

You shouldn't report such bad news about your absolutely favourite network.
 
I didn't even notice. But yeah, no spam calls.

Pretty good prediction.
 
I was in Morningside having coffee and it went dead. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t auth for some reason either so I had nothing for almost 30 mins. Was terrible I think I was getting palpitations
